PLEASE NOTE: Please expect delays of up to 5 working days, so orders may take appro­ximately 10 to 12 working days to arrive.

Our operational capacity is lower than usual due to our workforce being reduced. This reduction is necessary while we importantly adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Royal Mail is experiencing delays in their service levels too, mostly because of the high numbers of staff absence. Please find their statement on changes to service here.

We realise these delays come at a time where online shopping is high, however, the safety of our people, and those involved in the process delivering online sales, remains our priority.

Changes to Inter­national Shipping

“There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. We strongly advise not to send items to destinations listed as ‘On suspension’ below.” – Royal Mail

As shown in the statement above from Royal Mail, the Coronavirus situation is causing significant delays to inter­national delivery.­ We will continue to ship orders which are experiencing delays, but we will hold orders to the countries that have suspended their mail services as per Royal Mail’s recom­men­dations.

Orders being shipped to these countries will be held, and not fulfilled until their mail services reopen, of which a date remains unknown.

These COVID-19 Guidelines will override the below timeframes:

Golden Inc Group will endeavour to dispatch your products within 1-2 working days of ordering, subject to the availability of stock, unless state otherwise at the product page.

If you are ordering a large number of products, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss prices and arrangements for shipping with you.

All products are dispatched via Royal Mail second-class tracked post (Standard) to UK mainland addresses (Delivery aim: two to three working days) or by airmail to Europe and the rest of the world. Should you wish to have your goods dispatched faster we will send them by Courier (Express) to UK mainland addresses only (Delivery guaranted: one to two working days).

We accept payments in UK Sterling, Euros and dollars. Please note that a bank charge will apply for transactions in currencies other than UK Sterling.

Debit and Credit cards
We accept all major payment debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), Apple Pay, Android Pay and more.

Return or exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us filling the form bellow * within 14 days of receipt.

Please give as much information as possible

After you send us the Return Request Form, we will issue an authorisation number and will inform you the next steps. Do not send your items back without having the authorisation number as your return might take longer or not be accepted.

When returning the item or items to us make sure they are in their original condition. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different product if preferred.

Please note:
· The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
· The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us with the form above quoting our order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Golden Inc Group, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made to us in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days using the form above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
